UN SOLE BELLISSIMO tells the story of two young friends. Samu and Giosvi are on the cusp of adulthood. In Rome, an exam awaits them, perhaps a turning point, perhaps just a dream that wavers between fear and friendship. In this short film, director Manzoni wanted to convey “the fear of not being understood even by those who have known us forever, the weight of expectations we never chose, the feeling of being trapped in something that does not belong to us.”
